  Friendly helpful staff who treat your pet like an old friend. They give great advice and provide a valuable addition to the community. When I was last there someone found a big dog in their garden nearby. The brought it to the vet who scanned for the RFID chip to get the owners details. The owners were contacted and came to collect their dog within minutes.
  They also dealt with a poorly squirrel I found in my garden a couple of years ago.
